4-drawer Metal Legal-Size Grey Filing Cabinet (very clean) in Milner, British Columbia for sale

Hello. I have a vertical metal filing cabinet for sale (the one on the left in the photos). It is light grey in colour with four drawers and it measures 18"L x 26.5"W x 52"H. It has file hangers in every drawer to support legal-sized hanging file folders. It's a deep cabinet and so it holds A LOT of files!
I didn't want to have to sell this cabinet - it is in really nice shape - but there is just not enough room in my new (but very small) condo to keep it. It has been a good, tough cabinet - durable and sturdy enough to put very heavy equipment on top with absolutely no warping or instability. The drawers open smoothly. Also it is very clean, both inside and out (no big dents or labels, etc.) Sorry ... there is a lock but I lost the key.
To give you an idea, a new vertical metal 4-drawer measuring 15"L x 26"W x 52"H (so a little smaller) from U-line costs $303. I am asking $65 for this cabinet.
